Accurate, Timely, Compassionate, Cost-Effective

The Disability Determination Section (DDS), in agreement with the Social Security Administration, determines medical eligibility for Social Security Disability for West Virginians. These benefits include Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.
